I can't believe it's Christmas Eve already, where has the time gone? I'll be too busy stuffing myself with Quorn turkey substitute, mince pies and Baileys to get on here over the next few days, so I'd like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, Yuletide, Winter Solstice, Kwanzaa (or any other festival you celebrate).
I hope that you enjoy the break from work and the chance to disconnect from your phone and laptop for a few days (I know I will). There's nothing like spending some quality time with your family and friends-eating, playing and laughing together and sharing the joy of gift-giving. It's a magical time, and you never know what little miracles might happen, so keep your eyes peeled and your heart open.
This year will be different for our family, as it's the first Christmas without my Nanny. It's going to be strange and a little bittersweet. But the important thing is we'll be together, and we'll cherish the time because we know it's precious. There have been losses this year, but there have been gains too. We welcomed a new baby into our family a couple of days ago-a brand new life has just begun. This time of year gives me a sense of hope-of new possibilities and fresh starts. It's a chance to reflect on what I've achieved in the past year, and to think about my goals for next year.
Thank you to all my followers and fellow bloggers-you have helped me to grow in confidence so much this year and I'm truly grateful for your support and comments. I wish you all a magical holiday season and may 2013 bring you everything you want and deserve.
Peace and love,
Tizzy
