A-Z Challenge Theme Reveal!

I've been excited about this for a while, but now it's finally time for the A-Z Challenge Theme Reveal, hosted by the awesome peeps from #TeamDamyanti (Vidya, Anna, Csenge, Samantha and Guilie)!

For those in the dark about the A-Z Blogging Challenge (seriously, where have you been?) you can read my blog post explaining everything here.

This year I decided to let my readers choose my theme for the challenge by creating a poll. So, without further ado, here are the results:

So it looks like I'll be blogging about Great Britain! I'm pretty happy about this-in fact it's what I was secretly hoping you would choose, so thanks guys! From the 1st to the 31st of April I will be posting an A-Z of my native land, covering as much as I can about British music, literature, TV and film, food, wildlife and culture. I'll try to mix it up with polls, top ten lists, photos, videos, playlists, artwork and recipes as well as my usual waffle!

Hopefully my readers from the US and other countries will find it interesting to learn a little more about British culture and see whether us Brits/Poms/Limeys live up to the stereotypes! For those who are UK born and bred, I hope you'll join me in celebrating/bemoaning all the hilarious and infuriating quirks of our nation.

I can't wait to see what everyone else has picked for their theme, so I'm off to visit some other blogs now. I'll be back with some Cover Characteristic posts and replying to comments over the weekend.

  2. Great Britain sounds like fun! It's always nice to see foreign (to me) countries through the eyes of someone who calls it home.
